Excellent car buying experience. Michael at the Chardon store was very helpful, friendly and professional. Thank you so much for making the process so easy. Also, thank you Cooper for calling to find out if I was ok when you saw a vehicle being towed that was the same make and model that I bought. (It wasn't). Staff really cares about their customers.
Would give 10 stars if I could! The whole process from beginning to end was amazing! Not your typical pushy dealership, very accommodating and professional! No anxiety atmosphere at this dealership, felt right at home. I live a 1 1/2 away and guess what, ILL BE BACK! Reel's just gained a returning customer! Oh yeah, by the way, ASK FOR BEN!
