Awesome service Landon was one of the best salesman I have dealt with over my 25 years of buying vehicles. No bs not trying to up sell me on a product that I don’t want and nice amount of inventory.
Updated: They were never able to figured out the issue of why the key is undetectable. We received the car with only 1 key fob that became non usable due to the car not recognizing it. I had to take days off work and drive out of the way to Chardon location only to continue to have the same issue. Sometimes the car starts and sometimes it doesnt! Reel’s was an awesome experience, Landon was so great with us, the whole atmosphere at this place is amazing. But I would recommend Landon to anyone, very personable, and very knowledgeable.
