WOW is all I can say. The minute you walk in you are greeted with a smile and a very laid back no pressure experience. We came in to see an Audi, which we thought was in Chardon, but was actually in Orwell. Nicole was kind enough to buy us dinner at the Mexican restaurant for the confusion (on our part). Who even does that anymore?? We made our way out to Orwell and worked with Landon-hands down a great guy! Friendly, knowledgeable and respectful.
