Amazing food and service we will be going back as we really enjoyed the entire evening.
We have gone here a couple of times now, and just yesterday had a fun time for a "Monday Night Brewing" beer tasting event with an amazing dinner to go with the beer tasting. We had a great time, had some great food and beer. The service was top notch.
The food was amazing. thats the one star. but the service and the way we were treated was horrible. we waited at least half an hour just to get drinks and well over two hours for our food. The server ignored us as well as the owner. she went to another table who came in after us and comped their mean for the inconvenience. she sent the assistant manager over to us and took off three drinks. Excellent food, very attentive and friendly staff. My wife and I went for brunch and we enjoyed ourselves. We met the general manager and she is as nice as she could be. Even gave our unborn son a Reel onesie. Will be going back. Stephanie our sever was excellent as well.
A wonderful place to take new folks to showcase Woodstock! Just because Reel is OTP, doesn't mean they don't know "what's up"!! Wonderful service and great meals every time! Trust me on this one! Vincent, a wonderful mixologist, can make you one heckuva drink!! Be prepared for a great experience!!
I recieved a gift card to the Reel for my birthday and Omg the food and service is phenomenal! My husband had the brisket burger because he's not really a seafood eater and it was awesome. I myself had the jerk salmon and mango salsa with rice and it was out of this world good..... We also had dessert and the key lime tart and lava chocolate cake just added to the goodness! We will definitely be back! I highly recommend eating here!
