We had an unexpected dental issue with my son, and Dr. James went above and beyond by coming in on a Sunday to fix his tooth. That level of care and dedication is hard to find. He was professional, compassionate, and made a stressful situation so much easier for us. We are incredibly grateful and highly recommend him!
I’ve been going to Dr. Goots for about a year now after Dr. Robertson retired and am very pleased with the smooth transition. The office is run so smoothly by a professional and kind staff. Dr. Goots is not only a highly skilled dentist but also one of the most personable and friendly doctors I’ve met. He takes the time to listen and provides excellent care. Highly recommend!
Took my insurance for a crown and got me in immediately all I had to Do was paperwork and they did an amazing job with a temporary crown until I get the one from their lab which temporary is still amazing just amazing assistants and amazing dentist in general love you guys ! I have been seeing Dr. Goots for a year now since my husband, Dr. David Robertson, retired. So, I had not seen another dentist for 43 years! Recently I needed a three-unit bridge, something new for me. Dr. Goots and his staff did a wonderful job! From the welcome to the dental services, all were excellent! I have been a patient of the facility for ~20 years. Originally occupied by Dr. Robertson & staff, Dr. Robertson retired & sold his dental practice to Dr. Goots (2023/2024). Dr. Goots is a young man w/ extraordinarily excellent skills & patient acumen. He has maintained the same working staff - all of whom are exceptional.
