I purchased a property on July 30, 2026. Lauren Somers and Steven Croy represented the seller in the transaction. After closing, we discovered problems related to a septic system and drainage/flooding issues on the property that, according to the Seller’s Disclosure, did not exist and were not disclosed before closing. Lauren is the absolute best realtor in town hands down! This is the second home I purchased with her and she got me an amazing deal on my home at the beach.
