My experience with attorney Jordan Wicks was absolutely horrid. During a consultation regarding my child support case—a deeply personal and sensitive matter—he abruptly hung up in the middle of me speaking. This was not only extremely rude but also dark and inconsiderate, especially in such an intimate space where I was trusting him with important details of my life. The worst service I have ever experienced in my entire life. Communication was horrible. I was the one always having to reach out and do the follow-ups. They knew about my case, about my son and my daughter, yet when it came to the declaration, they would make mistakes like writing down that I had 2 daughters or that I lived in a 2 story house, even though I lived in a one story house, it felt like as if they had no idea about the case.
