Horrible customer service.
This is absolutely unbelievable. I have no idea how this place is even listed as an authorized Carrier Transicold service provider. My company was outright refused service and rudely asked to leave. The manager was extremely unprofessional and showed zero regard for customers. I immediately contacted Carrier Transicold and filed a complaint because this kind of behavior is unacceptable.
