This is absolutely unbelievable. I have no idea how this place is even listed as an authorized Carrier Transicold service provider. My company was outright refused service and rudely asked to leave. The manager was extremely unprofessional and showed zero regard for customers. I immediately contacted Carrier Transicold and filed a complaint because this kind of behavior is unacceptable. No other words except this place is a complete waste of time. Management needs to step in or carrier needs to renegotiate its contract with this company and put another carrier that can better service customers in the area. I have NEVER received such poor service from a Carrier dealership they serve no purpose in the south Florida community.

Whenever you call this location they never have capacity to service Owner Operators. When I request for mobile service was declined because I did not have an account with them. John in service told me to bring my reefer in Wednesday and now this morning his exact words was he even more busy than one week ago wow. So if you need your Reefer worked on just go to Sunbelt Refrigeration in Medley from start.

These people are robbers. I was over charged and they did not care . Not customer friendly and do not care if you don't come back. Do not waste your money or time with these people. One star is too much to rate them.
