RecommendedOrdered a housing and some extra pieces only to find out once home one of the pieces didn’t fit a certain lens. I got in contact via email and got a reply straight away and had it sorted, returned and new piece forwarded straight away. When I made up my mind to purchase a Nauticam NA-5DMKIV to shoot commercials, the new 5D Mark IV housing had just recently been announced and there were very few in circulation at that point, I assumed! I received the housing within a few days of it being shipped to Reef Photo and it arrived with the latest model of the 230mm Zen dome (300 ft.) that had also just come out. Two wins in one day! Later, I also purchased a Nauticam housing for my SmallHD monitor. It all works great together! Thanks!

I dropped off a nautical housing for repair and it was fixed quickly, professionally, and shipped back promptly after a pressure test. I couldn’t be happier with their service.
Phil fixed problem I thought was a sync cord issue. Turned out to be a broken wire in the hot shoe attachment. Phil fixed free of charge saving my trip to West Palm Beach. This place is 5 star all the way.
