Do not book with this company. Like a number of other recent reviews we have unfortunately had the same experience of a cancelled trip (April 2026, as part of a celebratory trip to Australia from the UK) at short notice and still awaiting a refund. An incredible once in a lifetime experience. Smooth operations from the very beginning. Great food service from Bryan! And Paolo and Cisco were incredible with logistics. The marine bio snorkel tour was great too so big shout out to Liv there. Photography team (Pat and Nicola) were on point too!!
It was a blast today! Liv was a legend of guide. Definitely take the marine bio snorkel tour at the second reef.
SCAM DO NOT BOOK - still awaiting our refund (over $3000aud) months later after false promises and now radio silence. In Oct 2025, we booked a multi day cruise scheduled for May 2026. They cancelled just before trip was scheduled and we took the refund option offered to us. To this day, we are still awaiting our money - plus terrible communication, no sign of money, no indication of timeline, no additional information offered. I have been waiting for a refund for over six months. Communication and resolution have been very disappointing. I have lodged a formal complaint with the Queensland Office of Fair Trading, and I would encourage anyone experiencing similar issues to consider doing the same.
