SCAM DO NOT BOOK - still awaiting our refund (over $3000aud) months later after false promises and now radio silence. In Oct 2025, we booked a multi day cruise scheduled for May 2026. They cancelled just before trip was scheduled and we took the refund option offered to us. To this day, we are still awaiting our money - plus terrible communication, no sign of money, no indication of timeline, no additional information offered. I have been waiting for a refund for over six months. Communication and resolution have been very disappointing. I have lodged a formal complaint with the Queensland Office of Fair Trading, and I would encourage anyone experiencing similar issues to consider doing the same.

Do not book with this company!!! I booked in October 2025 for a trip in April 2026. The booking was cancelled because the company stopped operating, and I have still not received my refund of over AUD 2,500 (!). Despite multiple follow-ups and promises that the refund would be processed, no payment has been made. I am now forced to take further steps to recover the money. Please be careful and make sure you understand the refund situation before booking!
