La empresa canceló mi reserva hace dos meses y hasta ahora no recibo el reembolso correspondiente. Me dijeron inicialmente que en 45 días recibiría el reembolso pero hasta ahora nada. Cada vez que hablo con ellos solo me dicen que tengo que seguir esperando, pero no me dan una fecha para que esto esté resuelto. Y si les hablas por whatsapp, te dicen que la única vía es el mail y que más no me pueden ayudar. Estoy francamente preocupada

Wir (mein Freund, unser 1jähriger Sohn und ich) waren für 2 Nächte mit Reef Encounter im Great Barrier Reef unterwegs. Im Vorfeld hatten wir Respekt davor, da wir nicht wussten, wie es mit unserem Kind laufen wird. Diese Zweifel waren aber sehr schnell über Bord geworfen. Do not book with the Reef Encounter. They canceled their live board and are not refunding their customers. They told us they would fully refund us and still have not done so. The office refuses to assist us with it too.
Still waining for refund. Avoid! We booked a tour with Reef Encounter that was cancelled over 4 Weeks before the tour by the provider. They promised a full refund, but I’ve been waiting since then with no money received. Customer service is polite but offers no solution.
Hands down this experience was great and affordable too for a live-aboard (sure the first day is expensive BUT additional days are nominal). These dive professionals were top notch. Each phase of the dive from gear to light sticks, to entry and exit from the dive was coded. The briefing was on a mounted wall screen for clarity of conceptualizing the dive site physically.
