Electrician was just here to fix an outlet that I had tried to replace. He patiently explained how to identify the wires, I had them crossed, and fixed it very quickly. When I asked how much I owed him, he checked with his office and told me there was no charge. I know it was a simple fix for him but it is very rare and refreshing to find a company of such high standards of fairness. I highly recommend them for their excellent work and how they treat their customers.
Came, went right to work, quickly completed, cleaned the area and great personality.
Electrician and his team did an excellent job and even returned to ensure that the installation was done to my satisfaction.
I have now used this company for a couple of different needs. In each instance The electrician was very professional and made sure that I understood each step in the process. I will be going to this company for all future electrical needs. Thank you.
