Went to parts department of Reef City Ford. A Lady served me, I asked for a sump plug for a 2019 ranger 3.2 diesel. She looked it up and told me I would have to purchase the complete sump to get the sump plug. Asked her to check it again because I'd bought one a couple of years before at rockhampton ford, She said no, I still had to buy a sump as well.

Had my first service done on my Ford Everest at Reef City Ford and couldn’t be happier. The service team was friendly, professional, and easy to deal with from start to finish. The work was completed to a high standard and everything ran smoothly. Highly recommend their team!

Honestly useless only 1 decent person in that service center and she knows who she is and sales part of reef even worse then service center new business manager is rude and clueless
