This is my second time buying a car from Reef City Motors and once again, Karen and the team handled the entire process exceptionally well. We had a few specific requests to meet our requirements, and the team went above and beyond to accommodate them. Outstanding service from start to finish!
Went to parts department of Reef City Ford. A Lady served me, I asked for a sump plug for a 2019 ranger 3.2 diesel. She looked it up and told me I would have to purchase the complete sump to get the sump plug. Asked her to check it again because I'd bought one a couple of years before at rockhampton ford, She said no, I still had to buy a sump as well.

Had my first service done on my Ford Everest at Reef City Ford and couldn’t be happier. The service team was friendly, professional, and easy to deal with from start to finish. The work was completed to a high standard and everything ran smoothly. Highly recommend their team!
