I live in a Reedy Property Group home. Needed help with the change from AC to heat. Micheal came to the house, ran it through a few cycles and got it working in time for the coldest night of the fall so far. He was polite, thorough, very neat and friendly. I’m warm and toasty this morning. JUDI

I would never recommend this company. My daughter lives in Spartanburg at a property that they became property managers of about in later 2022. Last week she called them multiple times, I called them and my husband called them regarding her smoke detector. They NEVER showed up, called back or anything. We actually went to Spartanburg and took care of the issue. This is very poor management. The management prior to this company was fantastic. The building owner made a very poor decision in hiring Reedy Property Group.

Happy New Year. Just wanted to start the year off with so many thanks to Reedy Properties. They are the best in the upstate!! I gave up an offer to move to Germany, because I do not want to leave Reedy properties. Vicky, Kyle -and Chris( if he’s still there) are certainly at the top of their game. Thanks also for getting my attached neighbor back into his unit so quickly They’re friendly, professional and take good care of the tenants.
