I was very shocked and dismayed with the staff. Very rude, was 15 minutes late for appointment and they said they could not see my granddaughter. They then offered a time on another day and time for which she was previously scheduled. They even had the audacity to pull my 12 year granddaughter out of my view to talk to her about resceduling.
