I have had the pleasure of making Reedville Commons my home for the past few months, and I wanted to leave a little review for anyone looking for a great place to call home. The main reason I would have to say this is a great place to live in is because the Property Manager Sarah Kelley is not only professional, but is very kind and personable, and this really made a difference when I was calling different apartments before I made the choice to come here. Ive lived at Reedville commons for 15 years and it’s been wonderful here! The new manager, Sara is really great and helpful, always smiling and looking for ways to help out. The staff is great as well always helping around. I still live here because of the great management and people! I’ll be staying here.

I lived there for 9 years. Right before I moved out there was a flood in my unit. Even though they had proof of insurance, they kept my deposit to cover the damage. My insurance paid them for the damages, it’s been 3 months since I moved out and they still have not reimbursed me for what my insurance covered that they took from my deposit. They charged me for painting walls after the previous owners told me I could paint them as long as I painted them back before I moved out, and then when I asked for the color to paint them... read more
Great location, amazing staff; love the one bedroom layout! Recommend checking them out when looking for a new home.
