My car was stuck in the mud down a service road by my house. It was in a ditch. Had no damage. I just needed a friend with a truck to help me out. Hours later I came back and my car was gone. Charged me $500 to tow my car 10 minutes up the road. How is this legal? How can someone just take your car when it isn’t parked illegally and then hold it hostage for so much money. I did not need help! This man and his wife and evil people. So sad how companies like his are allowed to rip people off and get away with it.
The most unprofessional call I've had in years. I called after my accident (I had already left for the hospital before they arrived), to get details on what time they're open and when I could stop by to clear personal items from the car and man was it horrible. The number attached to the police report was not the owner's number so the person gave me a number. Company stole a full tank of fuel out of my semi truck that was tow there from a wreck when I went to pick up truck tanks was empty
The owner is very rude. He won't allow anyone to come pick up their property out of the vehicles nor take possession of the vehicles.
