I payed Jerry (Reed s Tree Service) in advance to remove 2 trees from my back yard. His crew did not clean up and left all the chopped trees on my backyard. When I called him and asked him why he came up with a strange excuse that my neighbors came by and asked him for some firewood. When I told him he should have talked to me first before doing that his answer was: you have to pay me more money, otherwise I m not coming back.
