Our tire was not installed properly and had to take it off ourselves and bring it back to be fixed as they would not send help for their mistake. After all this we had to reattach the tire and hope for the best. I am pregnant and my one year old was in the car with me when the tire came off. This lack of customer service and lack of professional skills has us very upset. I was there early and already people waiting for doors to be unlocked which I thought was a good sign being new to area!! 35 minutes later and gave me a great deal on tires, exactly what I wanted to get by and didn't sales talk me, so far so good!!
