Reed's Plumbing & Heating is a very professional and reasonably priced company. They fixed my furnace and then replaced my personal well pump; both projects were done in an orderly fashion. The head contractor answered all my questions and followed the estimate he gave my wife and I. There was a 30 day warranty on all parts and labor. My wife and I highly recommend this company for all your heating, cooling, and plumbing needs. 💯

We appreciate the original work from Steve and his employees 2 years ago. Good fix of our old boiler and gas source issue. This past year, what happened?! Incompatible boiler system put into our house. Over charged for “warranty work “ on the replacement incompatible boiler. Work billed for and not done at the new house. Never checked employees work, was told the duct work was done and paid for. We inspect to see it was NOT there, with damages to load bearing structures. Stephen came out for an emergency situation we were having. He was here within 20 minutes and helped us identity the problem quickly and accurately. Reeds is very professional, they came out during a holiday weekend on a Sunday, and was very helpful with our plumbing situation. We will be using them again. Thank you! Quick. Prompt. Professional!

Respectful employees that are knowledgeable they are reasonable and are open about policies and warranty’s my grandfather needed a new furnace and they quoted him reasonably and were installing the furnace the same week and even gave tips and tricks on other appliances that they were not there to fix. Very honest and knowledgeable company overall would recommend to family and close friends!! Also the secretary is very knowledgeable and kind and is always available.

I was very impressed w Reed’s service. They were knowledgeable and clearly explained the situation and options. They were also very fair. I’d recommend.
