I had some issues with refills on a few prescriptions and Amanda took the time to meet with me privately to discuss the problems. I don’t think it took but 5 minutes to straighten it all out! I used to use a mail in pharmacy, but this kind of service and dedication caused me to switch to Reed’s. Everyone there is always polite and pleasant and has a smile on their face! It’s such a pleasure doing business with Amanda and the crew!
I have used the Hedgesville Reeds for several years. I was on a mediation that wasn't in stock. Amanda ordered it and had it there waiting for me the very next day! The clerks are always polite and helpful! 5 Stars all the way!
I have been dealing with this pharmacy for about a year now. My old pharmacy was always out of medication and I would have to wait a few days to get it. Since I have been using this pharmacy I have had not one single issue. The staff is very personable. They go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. It's nice to walk into a busy business like this one and they know you by name. I would recommend using this pharmacy over the others in the Berkeley county area!!! I use Reeds only, might I add this location only. Always super fast. Polite and fun to deal with. If there's ever a problem, they are on it and get it resolved. I refuse to go anywhere else, theres just no reason to.
This pharmacy has dispensed the incorrect medication requested on more than one occasion and their short hours make it very inconvenient for a busy person. Recently WV changed software they use. This caused me to not be able to have them filled. However the Wallgreens down the road who had the same change over could.....THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!! Avoid at all costs.
