No local office. Noone to call in case of an emergency
We stored my father in law's camper here for a few months. After they saw it they had us move it to a different space away from other outdoor spaces. After a couple months they call us and say they will not allow us to store it and with a 1 week notice we moved it into USA storage with no problems. There were a few campers at this facility that looked pretty dirty as his and some old vans that could use a good cleaning. We store items to STORE them not to keep them clean.
