2 accent diamonds were lost from my barely 3 year old David Yurman ring. I sent it in to have the 2 accent diamonds replaced, and I was quoted over $500 to repair the $700 ring! Ludicrous. Disappointed. I believed in the company before I had this experience . Show less

Stopped by in February 2026 to look at an OP and Explorer 36. Got on the waitlist, and a month later I purchased a favorite Tudor of mine. Within days of purchasing, I received the message my Rolex was in. Dream experience, excellent customer service, and the staff knows their stuff.
