They are certainly nice and friendly when you walk in, but when you actually need a service from them, it becomes more complicated. I brought in 4 rings that I had inherited, and they refused to size any of them. It was not major work, simply some gold and gemstone rings that needed to be either a little smaller or a little larger. They gave an excuse that the stones were “too fragile”. Diamonds are fragile?? Jennifer was such an important part of our wedding journey! She worked with my husband for days finding me the perfect ring and helped us pick out wedding bands that were so us! I wanted to surprise my husband with a watch for the wedding day and when she realized the one I was eyeing sold to someone else, she was able to get a new one in store for me within 24 hours! We are so grateful to have worked with her and can’t recommend her enough!
