Top-notch experience! We went there today to get a watch adjusted and ended up buying another watch that I absolutely loved. They offered to clean my engagement ring while sizing my watch, which they didn’t have to do. Customer service is very important to us and we will always go back here moving forward. 5/5 stars!
Awesome service
Specifically went in to look at Tudor watches and was assisted by Gary. He answered all questions and I ended up buying my first Tudor timepiece. I will definitely be back to continue my watch collection.

I would like to comment on the service I received on 5/8/25 at Reeds Jewelers on route 96 Pittsford/Victor. From the moment I entered the store, I was greeted with bright smiles, verbal greetings, and an overwhelming eagerness to assist me. Amanda and Michele were absolutely amazing.
