Excellent service found the ring right away, ended up going to five other stores just to go back and get the very first ring I had looked at and loved. Didn’t find anything else even close to this one. Wife will be super happy with her 10 year anniversary upgrade.

For months I have been looking for a pink diamond ring. I had a vision and just needed someone to help me put it together. My husband and I went to multiple jewelry stores and not a single person took the time to help my vision come to life until we stepped into Reeds at Potomac and met Chris. He spent 2 hours helping me create the perfect ring. Thank you for providing exceptional customer service
When i am at the store the entire staff treats me like royalty. They seem to give all their customers and perspective customers the royally treatment, whether the person buys or not. Great customer service. Corporations need to take lessons from the Reeds staff on how to value and show appreciation to customers.
