We had an amazing experience at Reeds! Specifically Norrin Voccio who was a huge help to us!
I brought a very expensive figaro link chain for them to solder and I specifically told them I did not want the chain polished and when i reconfirmed it she sarcastically said “do you want me to put it in capital letters?” When I got the chain back it had in fact been polished and weighed 0.5 grams less when I got it back, they filed/ got grind marks on the clasp. The solder is noticeably darker than the rest of chain and they filed it quite roughly and they did not replace a stretched out part that should have been replaced... read more

Saghar helped me so much she’s very nice and helped with pricing I have been coming here many times and everytime I come out the store very happy and it’s not just Saghar there staff is very helpful and nice
Saghar was amazing!!! So grateful for their patience and friendliness. Was impressed at their attention details and really finding what I really wanted 10 outa 10 will do again!!!!
