Saghar was such a huge help! From the beginning, she was professional and helpful. Wouldn’t be able to find what I was precisely looking for without her.
I went in for my mother’s birthday gift. She wanted a gold bracelet. Norrin at the Potomac Mills Reeds was quick to help and show us options. He was kind and patience while my mom tried to figure out what she wanted, and he answered any questions she had. We really appreciate all the help and she absolutely loves her new gold bracelet. We will definitely be back for any future jewelry!
If I could give more than five stars, I would, specifically for Saghar. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and asked all the right questions without the 'pushy' vibe you often get from salespeople desperate for a commission. Saghar provided genuine, top tier service, guiding me toward two beautiful pieces: a wedding band and a necklace for my bride-to-be.
