I took in my 47 year old Rolex watch into the Wolfchase Galleria store because it was time for it's triennial cleaning. There, I was helped by an employee named Donna who could NOT have been nicer, nor more pleasant. She sent the watch to their Rolex-certified watch repair experts where they did a magnificent job cleaning, replacing parts and returning the watch to me in beautiful condition.
