Awful customer service. Will never shop here again or recommend it to anyone. Bought a ring here and it’s cracked 5 times. The manager finally decided to either replace the ring or give me a gift card, but they wouldn’t pay for the $60 that I paid to resize the ring. For this reason, I decided to get the gift card. Against better judgement I decided to give them another shot with a totally new THICKER ring. This ring did the same thing within two weeks. They wouldn’t give me a refund because “it was fixable” what a joke.
