We value our customers and will always go the extra mile to ensure that they are satisfied with our products and services. I am so glad that I didn't listen to the person who wrote the earlier review because I took my chances and went in and never had a better experience from any jewelry chain. I never listen to people who write reviews and leave it anonymous and I am glad I didn't because now my wife has a brand new Bulova Watch that I saved over $300 than I would have if I went to another jewelry store at the mall. This corporate chain will treat you as nothing more than a profit margin. I purchased an extremely pricey Tissot watch (Tissot Lovely) from this store and was completely in love with it. I had it fitted at the store, and they had a lot of trouble with the delicate links. It took them almost an hour and they had to have multiple people work on it.
