Darrin is a great guy! My nerves rattled and scared to death from furnace blower fan sounding like bongo drums being beaten. Im terrified to run the heat! Appointment Sunday morning at 730. Blizzard conditions. I called and texted five times canceling Appointment for his safety. He didn't hear it....he drove across towing the blizzard. to the help me anyway. That's dedication!! Fantastic service, methodical in his troubleshooting, a real professional HVAC technician that is is obviously on top of his game ! I'm extremely impressed, courteous, honest & kept me in the loop the whole time & didn't mark up the part 400 to 500 percent like some other HVAC repair companies ! Integrity of this caliber is rare ! Affordable repair cost too ! Thank You very much Darrin !
I’m so thankful for Darrin Reed for fixing my furnace. They are amazing people with very reasonable prices. He came out and looked at my furnace last night and had it fixed today literally the day before thanksgiving. I will definitely be calling them again if I need work done. Thank you so much

Called for service, left voicemail, called again was told to send a text message of address … 10 days went by… had to send another text expressing my frustration… he then responded … charged me 450 for services … and I’m here 1 month later writing a review because I am in need of services again … I will be reaching out 1 more time to see if they will come out and make amends.. if not I will move to a better service … it’s a shame because they were recommended
