Darrin & Jason troubleshooted & diagnosed the issue with my furnace in a very timely manner ! Ordered the part needed & returned to install it & test ran the furnace to assure it was repaired before leaving ! I only use Reeds Heating & Air for my home for the best service possible ! I've had them out several times in the last several years & they always take care of business in repairing the malfunction the first time ! I highly recommend using them for all your heating & cooling needs !
Darrin is a great guy! My nerves rattled and scared to death from furnace blower fan sounding like bongo drums being beaten. Im terrified to run the heat! Appointment Sunday morning at 730. Blizzard conditions. I called and texted five times canceling Appointment for his safety. He didn't hear it....he drove across towing the blizzard. to the help me anyway. That's dedication!! Fantastic service, methodical in his troubleshooting, a real professional HVAC technician that is is obviously on top of his game ! I'm extremely impressed, courteous, honest & kept me in the loop the whole time & didn't mark up the part 400 to 500 percent like some other HVAC repair companies ! I’m so thankful for Darrin Reed for fixing my furnace. They are amazing people with very reasonable prices. He came out and looked at my furnace last night and had it fixed today literally the day before thanksgiving. I will definitely be calling them again if I need work done. Thank you so much
