I spent $215 on a bouquet and a box of chocolates on Sunday. The chocolates were stale, so I took them back for a refund. The very nice woman who was working called head-office to see how to do the refund, and they told her that since the chocolates were open, I could not get a refund. So I threw the $42.99+tax box in the garbage. Also, the long-stem roses are already wilting after 4 days. The only reason they aren't getting 1 star is because the employee was so nice.
