Got the requested combination of flowers within reasonable price. Delivery was on time and very well handled without slightest damage to the bouquets.
The roses I received for Valentine’s Day were absolutely breathtaking; fresh, vibrant, and beautifully arranged! The service was outstanding. Thank you once again for the extra help. I couldn’t be happier with my experience and will definitely be ordering from here again!
I had a last-minute need for a flower arrangement and encountered some difficulty with online ordering. I decided to call the store, and I was fortunate to speak with a very helpful gentleman who assisted me with my order. When I arrived to pick it up, everything was exactly as I expected—perfectly organized and ready to go. The customer service was truly outstanding! I highly recommend this place for anyone in need of beautiful flowers and excellent service. Five stars all the way!
They open at 11am on Sunday, I called and asked if they could deliver an arrangement to the Oshawa funeral home for a close friends service Monday by 3. They said yes. Went though all the details and paid. My CC was charged. I received a call at 5pm to inform me they were closed Monday and could not help me other than delivering the order on Tuesday, the day after the service? Cancelled the order but it seems they can take orders and process credit card sales that day but could not issue a credit. Too late to find another fl... read more
