We chose David Weekley Homes believing they were a reputable and trustworthy builder. Unfortunately, our experience reveals a pattern of deliberate withholding of critical information until after non-refundable monies were released ($35,000). We were not informed before money changed hands that a large portion of our side yard would be unusable due to an inconsistently applied vision clearance easement (VCE) policy. The Sales consultant, Liz is really nice to work with. I started to work with Construction manager, Jeff too. He is nice to work with. Reed's Crossing Dog Park is also very good and I like it. My dog, Jasper, enjoyed dog park playing.
