I received no receipt for the transaction today Linn Creek always have me a receipt I was not happy at all with their service I will not be going back to Reeds Anymore. I will be going to another company
Horrible customer service. I asked them about a bracket for a starter on a 6.5 turbo diesel. Guy said "well you'll just have to come look." I said, "well I guess you have some 6.5 turbo diesels there?" He says "no probably not" with out miss g a beat. So he was going to have me come up there to look for a part he already knew he didn't have.
THIS PLACE SUX!! THEY HAVE SOLD A BAD MOTOR TO MY SISTER THEN THEY DELIVER ANOTHER BAD MOTOR! THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!! ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR $$! MY SISTER PAID $1,300 FOR THAT MOTOR AND NOW THEY HAVE NOTHING!! DONT NOT GO HERE! THEY ARE A JOKE AND WILL JUST RIP YOU OFF! THIS PLACE CAN GET F'D IN THE A ON SATURDAY!!
Have bought many parts without issue. Bought an engine back in November thats still running strong without issue.
Always super nice, have what I need, understand my parts jargon(sometimes it's hard) scrapyard people like us usually do! Thanks to you and the guys in the yard.
