Terrible communication and even worse pricing, nothing but a scam
They are always willing to help - just had one of the guys help me with filling up my tires.

Very poor customer service. Had an appointment set for 2 1/2 weeks in advance and when I got there, was told they may not be able to do it. If you don't do installations on a Saturday, don't take the appointment.
Tried to get my tires changed over today. I made an appointment over a week ago and dropped my car off on time. I've been bringing my car here for over 15 years since Jack owned the place. It usually doesn't take more than an hour. Especially when an appointment is made. Not today though. After two hours I returned to check on progress, but they had not even started yet.
