As is the case with others, Joe was very professional and communicated each and every step. Though it took a couple days due to parts availability, the service was amazing. Settling up with Mrs. Marie was wonderful as well. It's great to have a reliable and trustworthy auto repair shop close to my work.
I will only take my car here to get worked on!!! Joe the mechanic was wonderful, He kept me updated while working on my jeep Wrangler and was very professional. Reed’s auto shop went above and beyond for me. 10/10 recommend!

Avoid this business at all costs. They hardly answer their phones and do not return calls. Their voicemail is full, so that isn’t even a possibility. We dropped our vehicle off on a Thursday and were told they would let us know the next day how much it would cost and when they would fix it. I called all day Monday and Tuesday and finally spoke with someone on Wednesday.
