salespeople the salespeople were freindly knowledga. they knew facts about the washers and dryers that the sears people did not know.getting attention at home depot was a joke, left there after 15 minutes
Local Appliance Store Ther eis nothing spectacular about this store. The prices are average, the service is about average and the outside is actually below average (The hand painted Maytag man on the front of store????). The best thing about this store is that you are supporting small business in our community. i am not sure that Sear next door is going to offer anything more or less. so -- fo the same as going to a chain, you can support small business.
horrible customer service Sales people were friendly but in a fake kind of way. Returned 2 items they did not fit properly. I was mad to feel like crap and had to stand there for 20 minutes while they inspected everything before they would return it. 3 different people came to me to inspect I felt so out of place. Will never go there for anything again would rather over pay than go back
Horrible communication. Waited for a part for over 4 weeks and had to constantly call to get any information. Tried another repair service and they came out the same day and fixed what was a bread tie caught in the trap. If they would have came out we wouldn't have had to wait over 4 weeks to get our dishwasher repaired. It was not the water pump and repair was surprised they didn't send anyone out to confirm the issue. NEVER AGAIN.

Twice I have needed a part to fix one of our appliances. Both times I was able to get the parts I needed as fast or faster than any online seller and for the same price with great personal service and no shipping cost. Saved me a ton on paying for someone else to do the repairs. Definitely worth shopping local. Thank you for being there and being awesome!
Our refrigerator stopped working completely. Reeds delivered a brand new one in less than an hour. the refrigerator is a whirlpool that is made in America. it is just beautiful. Happy to buy local!! great service!
I would highly recommend this local company. To the lady who answers the phones, and to the technician who diagnosed my issue over the phone I am grateful. After my washing machine issue was identified, the lady who answers the phones assisted me with ordering a new washer. The delivery was quick and professional. Thank you Reed’s for providing great customer service!
I do all of my own service work and when I need a part I find that Reeds can usually get me the parts faster and just about as cheap as online sources. When I do buy new appliances I prefer to deal with them. Easy in and out and no having to chase someone down to get help like the big box stores. Always friendly service there.
