I do not recommend reeds. I had a miserable time trying to figure out how to get my dress fitted. The dress was too big and the seamstress said she couldn’t do anything about it. I paid her 154$ and did not get what I needed. It really made an awful depressing experience. Luckily my mom and bridesmaids came through. This place is a joke and I’m sorry if anyone has to go through this! She does not care about her customers. Never will they have my business again.

Asked about a zipper to be fixed she told me $40� then Proceeded to tell me you can buy a new jacket for that. I Don't want a new jacket I want mine fixed . So of course I left, and called the SEWING SHOP and they will fix my zipper for half the price and WONDERFULL customer service. I think the lady at the front desk needs to get a new job not customer service she was very ,very, very rude.. Will never return and will tell my family and friends about my experience.

I’m sorry you felt that way. It was not my intent. And my comment was that you might want to put that to a new sweatshirt as that was what it was. I asked for 1/2 down and you said you didn’t have the money and would be back. So I’m NOT sure you are sharing the full story correctly. Good luck with your sweatshirt.
I took my dress for my sisters wedding in this shop to be altered, she did a great job and was fast. The dress fits perfectly. So pleased.

Poor customer service! When I walked in the door, I was greeted by an associate and she asked how she could help. I held up my daughter's dance shorts and said "Yes, I'd like to have these adjusted." The associate, looking at me like I had 10 heads, said very rudely "What do you mean 'adjusted'?" Obviously, I'm not a seamstress, and I used the wrong term. They turned a long lump of fabric into a wonderful homecoming dress for me a few years back!
Love this place! They have replaced zippers in several jackets for me and their work is impeccable! Wouldn't go to anyone else! Next up I've got a leather vest and some Daryl Dixon wings for them to sew on!
They get everything done quick and exactly how you want it!!
