Good luck trying to schedule an oil change or even just trying to get ahold of anyone in the service dept. you’re transferred over from the main line only to be placed on an immediate hold. Nobody picks up to answer & when it auto generates to ring again, they pick up & immediately just place you on hold again. & that goes on repeat. Ive call several times this past wk & it’s happened every single time. Not interested in servicing my car,? No prob, ill go elsewhere.
Ladies!! Don’t come here to get service done unless a man is with you. One was charged this noon more than $400 for a simple oil change, cabin and air filter!!! That’s some BS!!!! I wouldn’t recommend coming here at all!!
I got my car from here and honestly it was probably the most pleasant experience I have ever had in a dealership. Phil was quick and showed me a few different vehicles and got me out of there with enough time to get my kids from school and get to their appointment.
I got an email from nissan reedman stating i would get 10% off any services at inspection appt. i booked appt for inspection and oil change. when i got confirmation text back nothing mentioned the discount. when i inquired about it at the appt they knew nothing about the discount. asked to see the text i got back and i told him it did not mention the discount. i thought it would be at thier end when you booked the appt.since it had to be booked that day. the email also was gone . i recieved no discount. also when you get the... read more
