Hey the mechanics at this dealership are inexperienced. I brought in a Altima that had a no check engine light but would stall out when it would down shift Periodically outside of that, it was a good car . I paid for a diagnostic which cost $200 plus and they said it was the transmission and the transmission needed to be replaced which cost about $7000 from the dealer. Let me first start off saying I am a young female, in my 20s knowing nothing about cars.. The only reason why I goto nissan is to get my free oil changes because I had pre purchased them when I purchased my vehicle. The reason I uploaded these photos are to show people why nissan straight up lied to me. I had went in there to get an oil change. During the oil change they do a free basic inspection. My experience was the best everyone was more than helpful the customer service was wonderful. They made sure i drove off in my new care which i love. Tom was very professional and did an amazing job.
