Professional and courteous with attention to detail
Service department returned my new car that I bought there like trash by carelessly leaving a huge smudge of brown dirt on the hood & leaving their ink pen on my front passenger seat. Prices of services went up & I wasn’t informed about that over the phone when I made the appointment when I asked about the costs but when it was time to pay for it instead.
Appointment on Wednesday. Vehicle wasn’t looked at until Friday. Tried to charge 2200 for brakes after having my car for 2 1/2 days. Took to local mechanic and had brakes done for 1400. Costumer service as poor as I have seen. Over 2 days it took just to look at vehicle with an appointment, not a walk in. Prices outrageous also.
I walked to the office and I felt like I’m invisible,everyone there busy ,laughing and making jokes ,no one even looked at me or see the reason why I’m there ,I scheduled my appointment to get my car checked out and eventually someone called to see my concern,she said are you able to drop your car off and I said yes ,she replied but it may take 1 to 3 weeks for someone to look at it .i said no thank you !what bad experience i ever had.customer service office needs some training.its 2025 and you guys made feel im in the third... read more
