1-Star Review Title: Beware of “Mandatory” Warranty Scam I bought a Chevy from Reedman-Toll Chevy and was told I HAD to purchase a $1,000 warranty (Sonsio Vehicle Protection) — that it was mandatory. If I could leave 0 stars, I would. My family and I have been buying vehicles from here for 30 years at least (including 3 in the last 4 years myself). I have a check engine light that required immediate attention. I set the appointment, and they confirmed it, but when I got there, after taking time out of my work day, I was told they wouldn't even look at the truck for 2-3 days due to being backed up.
