We've been buying cars and having them serviced at Reedman for decades. Some experiences have been positive, others not so much. This review is as much for management at Reedman as anything else. We recently brought our Grand Cherokee Summit in for service. Your service advisor Alexa, went out of her way to get the car diagnosed, have the warranty authorize the repairs, and kept us informed every step of the way. Horrible.60k for a truck. 6,000 miles later bowtie falls off front. Paid for black bowtie upgrade. Someone pries the old one off, broke the tabs on the grill and decided one tiny spot of panel bond would hold it on. How about replace the grill. Thieves and deceitful. They should be ashamed. Do not send me your canned response for me to contact you. How about you contact me and pay me for my time, third and last truck from Reedman’s.

Went downhill over the years. Not worth it anymore. I wish they'd sell and put up an entertainment facility.

My mother had a very jarring a negative experience at Reedman Toll today. She had unknowing left CNN on her radio when she dropped of her jeep for an oil change and when she received it back, someone had set the radio to Foxnews and put it on the HIGHEST VOLUME SETTING. I don’t really care what your political affiliation is, it’s not my business , but this was very deliberate, petty, and unprofessional. We will no longer be taking our cars to this establishment if this is how you’re going to personally attack your customers.
