Typical Texas contractor sell you the world then hand the work over to whatever Mexican laborers are available at the time. Would probably be ok for basic landscaping but anything more the workers and "supervisor" are completely lost. The only part of my job they showed any competency with was the laying of sod everything else was very haphazard. Save your money and go hire day laborers and supervise them yourself it'll go much smoother.
