I have been a renter from reeder management for almost 5 years. When we have an issue (such as a roof leak yesterday) reeder management has ALWAYS been fast to have repairs done. The roof leak was fixed within 24 hours. Impressively two years ago during Christmas eve we had a plumbing issue. And reeder management has someone out within hours to remedy the problem. I love my little rental home. Reeder management has been a blessing with communication and quick responses. They are the best when it comes to our rental needs.
I've worked with Property Manager Chris Jamieson for a couple months now and I can say he is nothing short of spectacular. Gets back to me in a timely manner, very professional, and is always looking for a solution that both helps the owner protect their asset and the tenant feel comfortable. I cannot recommend him enough.
I live in Yelm, I was sexually assaulted by their maintenance man & the caulking in my bathrooms was improperly installed, leading to mold. The apartments are just barely livable, not worth the rent.
Extremely poor customer service. Review the apartments they manage and then decide if you want to rent from them. The management company is extremely rude.
This company seems very unorganized for a “Management” company. The only live person available is the receptionist. The receptionist will then transfer you to whomever it is you need to speak with. You will then get a voicemail, where you can request a call back, but instead of the requested phone call they follow up by email instead. Seems really unprofessional and quite rude.
