I've rented through Reeder Asset Management for 5 years... renter be aware :'(
Reader is a joke they charge for every little thing they charge tenant packets that you have to pay Even when you're not getting a single thing from them. They also never get back to you they're extremely hard to work with and talk to you call them they tell you they'll get back to you then never do they work with this company to fix things and they're a joke and never get back to you and they're slow and take their sweet time if something's broke be ready to contact them over and over and over to get it fixed before you do ... read more
95 days to return security deposit. over all based on my experience, low mid on these folks as land lords. they insisted that we have the $4000K deposit in 24 hours or they would relist the rental property, sent timely reminders to pay rent on time, and when it came time to return ~$3200 upon move out, there was no communication unless tenant initiated and it took 90+ days for them to return the deposit, which took no less than 3 follow ups with the company. oh and there were not the best at answering the phone or returning ... read more
We rented a townhome from this agency and vacated the property by the date our lease ended on February 28th, 2025. As of today, May 30th 2025, we have yet to receive the remaining balance of our security deposit back. On May 8th, 2025 we physically visited the Riverdale office to inquire about the deposit and move-out charges after several unsuccessful attempts to contact the agency by phone and email.
