Avoid at all costs!! I'm still with them for now, but they are incredibly strict, and add on about $100 a month for random fees. They send people over all the time with little to no notice, and peg you for literally anything!! I got hit with a $75 fee because my roommate had a guest bed set up, and because there was a gust over recently, it looked like it was being used, even though they weren't living there. I want to shout out Len. Len has been super helpful and responds in a timely manner and answers all my questions. If Len wasn't sure on something, they'd made sure to get an answer and would provide the follow up answers quickly. Truly appreciate Len and they're amazing work 💙
I have really loved the apartment I have been renting for a year, but I’m sad to say that working with Reeder has been very disappointing. The only stars I have to give are for the maintenance crew who have (for the most part) been very responsive and friendly. (And most of the time they’ve used third party companies to respond to maintenance issues!) They have hidden fees. They expected me to make a copy of my house key and give it to it to them so they can enter my home while I’m not there.. I’m not ok with it.. have two emotional support animals one for my wife one for my son and all of a sudden the management team wants to say we have to get rid of one of our dogs. If I could do zero stars I would! They are extremely unprofessional and only care about money! They are full of hidden fee, tricks and traps! They make it impossible to get out of a lease once you’re in! Every month is something new added to your bill! They don’t fix anything properly! They are never in a rush to fix problems either! Furnace goes out in winter they come out two weeks later! Water faucet breaks outside it took them 4 weeks to come out! And they didn’t even fix it! But of course I had to pay that water bill!
