Their service was great! They were very professional, courteous and prompt! Work was conducted promptly as discussed And pricing was reasonable! We had 4 very large oaks and work was neatly done. Very honest. Best prices. Super efficient. Our new house had 2 giant trees that were dying and very unsafe. After having 4 different companies out Reed’s was the obvious choice. He was very professional and you can tell he cares about what he is doing. Somehow his team did the entire job in 1 day and I still can’t figure out how that happened.
They left lots of “nubs”… didn’t trim close to the main branches…said they couldn’t reach that high. True they couldn’t get a bucket truck to it but a 10’ step ladder would have done the trick. It looks amateurish. My suggestion is to spend a little more money and get a professional.
Reed and his crew are first class. They arrived on time and took down a 90 foot wild cherry tree and was cleaned up and gone in less than three hours with minimal yard damage they are professional in every way and the price was very reasonable, would highly recommend them to anyone. True Professionals. Great communication and quick turnaround. Mr Reed and his staff are above reproach. Dye reasons beyond my control, I wasn't able to be on-site and Reed's Tree Service provided a member of his team to survey the area and they provide positive feedback on what to expect. Reed's Tree service arrived with all the necessary equipment and completed the job in a time manner. I would gladly recommend their service for future needs.
