I I would highly recommend Dr. Stone. We didn't feel rushed. Dr. Stone took his time...got a history, actually examined my husband (rather than relying only on test results) and asked my input We felt free to ask questions and were explained courses of treatment.s.. We walked out of the office feeling Dr. Stone truly cares about his patients! I need to explain wait time.. I didn't have the appropriate office appointment time, so the wait time of 30 minutes was my fault!
Dr Stone listened , made clear explanations, was empathic and treated me with respect.
Dr. Stone is one of those old-school physicians who actually cares about his patients and their health, and getting them better instead of merely easing their pain temporarily. He looks for the absolute best care, refers patients to what they need to get well and knows who you are when he walks in the room. He doesn't pawn patients off onto nurse practitioners or even partners. Everyone is important to him, and it is the one facility I go to where I know I'll be treated professionally.
Called three times. Was placed on hold first two times for over thirty minutes then line went dead. Third time used a new patient number and gave info only to be transfered and was disconnected again when they put me over to main contact. I have a prescription referral and can't even schedule an appointment with this doctor. Can't get through to make appointment.
Dr. Stone and his staff are the kindest, and most generous office I have come to know. I would and have recommended them to both family and friends.
Dr. Stone is the ONLY neurologist to see if you live in Palm Beach County. He is brilliant in his field, kind, and compassionate. When he performs the EMG, he does not hurt you. I screamed and cried the entire time when another local neurologist performed the same test. When Dr. Stone did the test, it honestly was done painlessly, and I am a big baby. Dr. Stone is the kind of doctor who cares about his patient. I highly recommend him.
Dr. Stone was very thorough in his examination but most importantly he took the time to really listen to my questions and concerns. Everyone in his office was extremely friendly and helpful. I feel very fortunate that I was referred to Dr. Stone.
Dr Reed Stone, first recognizes that he is a human being and that being a doctor is secondary. This allows him to be compassionalte, he is very calculating when prescribings meds ensuring that his patients get the best benefit and that there are no negative reactions amongst them. A pleasure to deal with him and his staff. So good to find a doctor practising his hyppocratic oath!
My husband has Parkinson's. Dr. Stone was very thorough in his examination, evaluation and time he took to speak with us. Wonderful man.
