Nick is absolutely fantastic to work with. From the moment we met to discuss my project he was enthusiastic and very friendly. I honestly haven’t worked with anyone who is as friendly, punctual and eager to work as Nick. I used him for a remodel of my townhouse and from day one until the end of the project his communication and commitment to the project was outstanding. I will never use anyone else and I highly recommend him.

The owner, Nick ****, cannot be trusted. He will tell you one thing, but will not deliver what he promises you. He owed us for 3 months rent for storage space for his 14 foot trailer. He promised to pay, but sent a check that "bounced". Then he lied about making a valid payment. We never received payment for his rent.

We have used Reed services several times over the past few years mainly for the services of aerating, sprinkler setup/blowout, and fertilizing twice a year. Nick is always timely in communicating and getting the work done as well as pricing.

I was impressed with Nick from the get-go. I am a local real estate agent, and have had Nick do work with my clients as well as in my own home. He has performed myriad jobs for me, with a wide ranging skill set. His quality of work speaks for itself. What I most favor in working with Nick is his integrity and communication. Projects and repairs for my real estate clients are typically rush jobs, as the market moves so quickly today. He is timely and responsive, and his friendly personality makes him a pleasure to work with.

Nick Reed and his crew are great! Nick as the owner is hands on and gives personal attention to all his clients. He is responsive, reliable and let’s us know before hand about the details is the job so that we are all on the same page. He’s a professional and we are very happy working with him!
