Wayne came out to the house an hour after I called in a problem. VERY Professional and could not have had a nicer person to deal with. Quick, friendly service and reasonable pricing. You got an HVAC problem give them a call.
I highly recommend Reed for all your air conditioning needs. I received great service from Blaine who came after hours to find the problem. The next morning Ray came early with the part and got everything going. They responded promptly and were very professional! I have used Reed for years and have never been disappointed.
Highly recommend Reed! Best in the business. Technician came to my house late on a Friday night and got my ac back running right in no time, y’all saved the day cause this Texas heat is no joke.

Highly recommend Reed Service. All my questions were patiently addressed by Sales, Service and Install crew. They left the install areas inside and out spotless. Had a little problem the first night installed. Service Tech came right out and addressed the problem, a little later The Service Manager came out and made sure we were cool for the night.
