We have used Reed Security for our security needs for almost 15 years. They take time to fully understand what is required and have always delivered a great product.
Have had Reed alarm systems for many years and have been happy with both the products and service. Any questions or concerns have been addressed promptly and courteously. When terms have been up there has been no sales pressure. We were happy to be dealing with the same salesperson from 2020 when we upgraded recently. We recommend!
Great service, arrived on time, explained everything they would be working on, how long it would take. Excellent experience!!!
Very professional and thoughtful. Explained everything ever well. I felt confident in knowing what I was doing when he left. Would highly recommend.
