Here I am a 78yr old female just moved into my new forever RV home. Was referred to Reeds because the fridge/freezer not working properly. Jeff called promptly, set up appt for next day and then Ghosted me! Really!

We highly recommend Reeds Mobile RV Service on Boise St. in Portland, Oregon. He promptly returned my call and provided an estimate for the service I wanted. We needed to have our trailer washed, the roof sealant checked and resealed, slide out gaskets reconditioned, and the furnace serviced. Geoffrey is very professional in everything he did. I called Reeds to get some assistance weatherproofing our RV. We had just moved into it and we were concerned the roof and window sealants may not be up to par. Jeff immediately called us back and made plans to come to our site the next day. He was prompt, courteous and instructional. He stuck to his original quote and performed his services well and expeditiously. I highly recommend Reeds for any of your RV needs!

DO NOT USE REEDS!! He takes your money and runs with no answer to phone calls, text or emails. Our fridge stopped working and we called REEDS - he diagnosed the problem, said he would get the part and file the claim with our insurance that has a $100 deductible - we would be refunded the money we paid him except the $100. No problem he said this was easy and would be quick. A week later after no calls back, we contacted our insurance and he never even filed the claim! Still has not returned calls or emails! 2 and a half week... read more
