Secretary at this place is ridiculously rude. We needed clarification on a will the lawyer himself had drawn up, since the will specifically requested to use Reed and Reed to handle the estate administration and related counsel. She stated "We can't help you with that." Didn't specify why, didn't elaborate, hung up on us. Go anywhere else but here if you need something done, and done right.
I sold a house this year and the sellers used the company for the closing. Apparently the sellecrs had a legal plan through their employer and this was the attorney they found. A week before the closing, I set up a time with my lawyer to sign all of the paperwork a couple days before closing and they informed the sellers attorney. When I went to sign my paperwork, the sellers attorney had not sent over any of the papers.
