I have worked with Kevin twice now. The first time was 10 years ago when we bought our home and then now for some retirement property. Both times he was very professional and had great communication. He kept me informed every step of the way on what to expect and what needed to be done next. Great realtor to work with for first time or experienced buyers.
I started working with Kevin just before the Pandemic. I had never bought a house before and Kevin was always professional, responsive to ALL of my texts and worked extremely hard for me during the time I was furloughed.... just days before closing initially. I did't know if my dream of being a homeowner could every happen, but Kevin worked his magic and I have been in my home now for almost two years. I highly recommend him to the first time home buyers!
