They are not good with communication, you can email them 10 times and only get one reply. Don’t try to leave a bad review about on of their houses, because they will not approve it.

We did not enjoy this stay. The best thing about this rental was the location. The rental itself was clean but in terrible condition for the price. The floors were uneven, with cracked tile throughout. Chunks of tile were coming up and almost cut our feet. I had to put a towel down to protectour feet. The walls were cracked and doors would not shut properly. There was what appeared to be black mold in both bathrooms and kitchen! We have rented from Reed for four years and they have always been great! We had a slight issue with a house changing a bedroom situation two weeks before we are leaving, Kim literally worked her tail off to give us a great option!
