My wife and I have been using Reed Real estate 15 years for our vacation homes on Fort Morgan in the off seasons. Great small business! Accommodating, friendly & homes have all been nice, but they have become too pricey in the off season.
My mom booked a family vacation both for 2026 and 2027. She received a call almost a few days later, with this company saying that the 2027 rental “was booked too far out and the pricing was not correct due to the fact” and had to be cancelled, she received another call shortly after to also cancel the 2026 booking for a different reason…. It was booked Sat-Sat and the owner decided he wanted to start renting it from Sun-Sun. Their response to her distress was “it’s a glitch in the system” we clearly know it was not a glitch... read more
Over the last 10 years we have rented from Reed Real Estate three times and they have never disappointed. This last trip included our entire family of 12 and we only had one hiccup. Nolan from RRE came in clutch to help us out!
