Our family looked forward to this vacation for months, but unfortunately it became one of the most stressful and disappointing trips we’ve ever taken. They are not good with communication, you can email them 10 times and only get one reply. Don’t try to leave a bad review about on of their houses, because they will not approve it.
We did not enjoy this stay. The best thing about this rental was the location. The rental itself was clean but in terrible condition for the price. The floors were uneven, with cracked tile throughout. Chunks of tile were coming up and almost cut our feet. I had to put a towel down to protectour feet. The walls were cracked and doors would not shut properly. There was what appeared to be black mold in both bathrooms and kitchen! We have rented from Reed for four years and they have always been great! We had a slight issue with a house changing a bedroom situation two weeks before we are leaving, Kim literally worked her tail off to give us a great option!
The customer service at Reed Real Estate is terrible. Called multiple times to have our pool cleaned because it was cloudy and turning green. Got the runaround for 2 days. Finally pool guy showed up but said no one had called him....he was just there because it was his regular day to service the pool. Ended up putting additional chemical in the pool and told us we could not use it for 24 hours. Try telling that to 9 grandkids!
